Chief Minister of Punjab, Mian Shahbaz Sharif Inaugurates PAMCO's Cold Store at Lahore Airport

The agrarian sector in Pakistan employs over 42% of the country’s work force and accounts for 22% of GDP. This is partly because Pakistan has optimal climate conditions to grow a variety of vegetables and fruits. Thirty percent of all vegetables/Fruit produce goes to waste each year because of insufficient post harvest surplus management infrastructure.
