The 3^rd Annual General Meeting which was also the 9^th Meeting of the Board of Directors was held on December10, 2007.

The CEO PAMCO, Mr. Mansoor Arifeen, presented the Annual Report to the Board. The report highlighted the achievements of PAMCO as well as the problems faced in implementing its goals. The agenda of the meeting was:

1. Confirmation of Minutes of 8^th Board Meeting
2. Compliance report of decisions of 8^th meeting.
3. Approval of projects.
4. Lahore Airport Cold Store Progress Report.
5. Exit Strategy.
6. Amendments in rules of Business.
7. Approval & signing of Financial Statements 2006-7.
8. Appointment of Auditors.
9. Banking operations.

Some exciting new projects were submitted to the BOD for approval. These include:

1. International flower auction facility.
2. Frozen vegetables processing plant.
3. Cheese processing unit.
4. Halal meat processing facility.

Progress report on projects, being processed for funding were also discussed:

1. Kinnow processing & cold store facility, Bhalwal.
2. Transit cold store at Islamabad airport.
3. Wholesale terminal market for fruit & vegetables, Lahore.
4. Fish market, Lahore.
